Returns Policy

  1. DP Building Systems we want to ensure high level or support and service, and as such have implemented a no questions asked 30 day returns policy, if you have purchased product(s) from DP Building Systems within the last 30 you can return. All products required to be returned in the original condition by the Buyer at the Buyers cost with a copy of invoice and DP Building Systems approved returns reference number. Once product(s) received a full credit to the value of the goods only will be issued.
  2. The refund will be cost of purchase minus donation to Cancer Research UK, which is dependant on the product purchased and returned
  3. If the Buyer receives faulty, defected or incorrectly supplied product(s) against the Buyers order DP Building Systems will offer a ‘’no charge’’ collection and ship replacement products – DP Building Systems is unable to specify the collection time, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure someone will be present for the courier at the collection address.
